Trust over Fear

"Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe"
(Proverbs 29:25, NIV)

Fear is one of the enemy's favorite tools to keep us from going forward in our lives. As soon as we make a decision to step out in faith and do what God is telling us to do, immediately the enemy will bring fear. He'll put thoughts in your mind like, "What if I fail? What will others think? Maybe I don't have what it takes." He'll do his best to use fear to try to convince you to shrink back and just stay right where you are.

The Bible tells us that fear is a spirit. It affects your emotions. But when you choose to put your trust in the Lord, no matter how you are feeling, you are combating fear.

Today, I encourage you, don't allow fear to trap you and hold you back. Instead, take a step of faith knowing that God is on your side. He is for you and with you, leading and guiding you in the path of victory all the days of your life!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

"Heavenly Father, I choose to put my trust in You. I choose to press forward and overcome fear. I believe You have my best interest at heart and know that You are leading me in the paths of righteousness all the days of my life. In Jesus' Name. Amen."

A CALL TO RADICAL COMMITMENT

Today I am stepping across the line. I'm tired of waffling, and I'm finished with wavering. I've made my choice; the verdict is in; and my decision is irrevocable. I'm going God's way. There's no turning back now! I will live the rest of my life serving God's purposes with God's people on God's planet for God's glory. I will use my life to celebrate his presence, cultivate his character, participate in his family, demonstrate his love, and communicate his Word.

Since my past has been forgiven, and I have a purpose for living and a home awaiting in heaven, I refuse to waste any more time or energy on shallow living, petty thinking,
trivial talking, thoughtless doing, useless regretting, hurtful resenting, or faithless worrying. Instead I will magnify God, grow to maturity, serve in ministry, and fulfill my mission in the membership of his family.

Because this life is preparation for the next, I will value worship over wealth, character over comfort, service over status, and people over possessions, position, and pleasures. I know what matters most, and I'll give it all I've got. I'll do the best I can with what I have for Jesus Christ today.

I won't be captivated by culture, manipulated by critics, motivated by praise, frustrated by problems, debilitated by temptation, or intimidated by the devil. I'll
keep running my race with my eyes on the goal, not the sidelines or those running by me.

When times get tough, and I get tired, I won't back up, back off, back down, back out, or backslide. I'll just keep moving forward by God's grace. I'm Spirit-led, purpose-driven and mission-focused, so I cannot be bought, I will not be compromised, and I shall not quit until I finish the race.

I'm a trophy of God's amazing grace, so I will be gracious to everyone,
grateful for everyday, and generous with everything that God entrusts to me.

To my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I say: However, whenever, wherever,
and whatever you ask me to do, my answer in advance is yes! Wherever you lead and whatever the cost, I'm ready. Anytime. Anywhere. Anyway. Whatever it takes Lord; whatever it takes!

I want to be used by you in such a way, that on that final day I'll hear you say, "Well done, thou good and faithful one. Come on in, and let the eternal party begin!"

What does this mean?
Today, I affirm this commitment to God and submit to his plans and purposes for my life, no matter what it takes.

THIS EXPERIENCE MUST COME

And he saw him no more.
2 Kings 2:12

It is not wrong to depend upon Elijah as long as God gives him to
you, but remember the time will come when he will have to go; when he
stands no more to you as your guide and leader, because God does not
intend he should. You say - "I cannot go on without Elijah." God says
you must.

Alone at your Jordan. v.14. Jordan is the type of separation where
there is no fellowship with anyone else, and where no one can take
the responsibility for you. You have to put to the test now what you
learned when you were with your Elijah. You have been to Jordan over
and over again with Elijah, but now you are up against it alone. It
is no use saying you cannot go; this experience has come, and you
must go. If you want to know whether God is the God you have faith to
believe Him to be, then go through your Jordan alone.

Alone at your Jericho. v.15. Jericho is the place where you have seen
your Elijah do great things. When you come to your Jericho you have a
strong disinclination to take the initiative and trust in God, you
want someone else to take it for you. If you remain true to what you
learned with Elijah, you will get the sign that God is with you.

Alone at your Bethel. v.23. At your Bethel you will find yourself at
your wits' end and at the beginning of God's wisdom. When you get to
your wits' end and feel inclined to succumb to panic, don't; stand
true to God and He will bring His truth out in a way that will make
your life a sacrament. Put into practice what you learned with your
Elijah, use his cloak and pray. Determine to trust in God and do not
look for Elijah any more.

Father's Love letter

this video has blessed me for many times when i used to watch this it gives me great hope and always reminding how God loves us so much, the bible says

"what is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him?
Psalm 8:4

God loves us more than we ever know.

I'm going Home

it was a good and beautiful wednesday morning here in riyadh, malamig pa rin ang panahon. in my room medyo excited na ako sa aking pag-uwi but isa sa nagpapalungkot sa akin ay di pa nase-settle ung aking end of service award and others benefits and even my ticket and diko pa alam kung ano eroplano ang aking sasakyan. anyhow dina-divert ko naman ang aking attention sa pagbabablot at pag-aayos ng aking mga gamit,. gayunpaman all i have to do is rely on God's way, alam ko na he is right doing and settling all this things para sa akin. Good is good

napakasarap umasa sa panginoon, gaya ng aming napag-aralan patungkol sa prayer. sabi when you pray hope is lifted, paano na lang kung walang prayer. siguro aburido na ako. Glory to God kasi napakabuti nya in all things nga sabi ng bible give thanks to the lord for it is his Will.
1 thessalonians 5:16-18. God is Good always ano pa nga ba ang hahanapin mo and would make your life complete kundi ang Dios lamang.

Jesus said na even just a size of a mustard seed ang requirements nya to us to show our faith he said that God would show His amazing way in solving such Problems in our life. just let us continually trust and faith in God Because God will never get tired in pouring out His blessing towards us continually. and forever!

Coldy Saturday

Kanina bago ako umalis sa compound i was studying about prayer, yun kasi ang aming topic sa bible study sa al-jomaih. grabe na ang lamig i was so hesitant na lumabas ng kwarto, ayaw ko mang bumaba pero kailangan na kasi asa baba na ang sundo ang kuya macky at kuya rey ang sumundo sa akin,. the temperature is grabe siguro nasa 5deg yun.

Anyhow God is Good kasi tuloy na tuloy naman yung aming pag-aaral eventhough supeeeeeeeeer lamig,

glory to God kasi He reveal Himself to us on understanding prayer and its importance in our life, also one thing na nabless ang bawat ang bawat isa ay yung aming nalaman halaga ng role ng Holy Spirit sa ating mga pinapanalangin. at sa ating pananalangin,. luke 11:13 says that The Father is giving his Holy Spirit to those who ask Him. glrory to cause ang laki pala ng role ng banal na spiritu that not just as our helper but also our guide to our spiritual growth lalo pagdating sa pananalangin God is Good all the time. amen
